Enveedo provides a Software as a Service platform and related services (collectively, “the Service” or “the Platform”) that help assess, plan, prioritize, automate, and orchestrate security activities. Our goal is to assist businesses in optimizing their cybersecurity programs by connecting our business customers (“Customers”) with cybersecurity providers (“Vendors” or “Linked third-party services”) who may offer services to enhance our Customers’ cybersecurity posture.
As used in this notice “personal information” means information that relates to, describes or could be used to identify an individual. It does not include anonymous or de-identified data that does not identify an individual or cannot reasonably be linked to an individual.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to any information that our Customers may manage or process on their behalf while using the Service.
Our website and Service are intended solely for businesses and their representatives. We do not offer products or services for personal, family, or household use. Accordingly, any personal information we collect is considered in the context of the individual’s role as a business representative, not in their personal capacity.

6. How Long We Keep Personal Data
For information collected through our website, social media, events, and other activities where Enveedo acts as the Controller, we will retain personal data for the minimum period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting requirements. Once these purposes have been fulfilled, or if the individual exercises their right to request data deletion, the information will be securely and properly deleted.
We may retain your personal information for longer in the event of a complaint or a potential dispute regarding our relationship with you.
Regarding personal data processed through the Platform, we retain this data based on the instructions provided by our Customers. Personal data provided by our Customers will be deleted within 60 days after the termination of our agreement with the Customer.
7. Your rights and choices
In this section, we describe the rights and choices available to all individuals. You, your authorized agent, or another person authorized by law may request to exercise the rights mentioned below. If you wish to do so, please submit a request to privacy@enveedo.com. Once we receive your email, we will verify your identity and process your request.
- Access: You may request that we provide you with a copy of the personal information we hold about you or that we provide you details about that information.
- Correction: You may request that we correct information you believe is inaccurate or complete information you believe is incomplete. If you have an account with us, you can review and update certain personal information by logging into your account.
- Deletion: You may request that we delete your personal information.
- Opt-out of marketing communications: You may opt-out of marketing-related emails by following the opt-out or unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of the email, or by contacting us. Please note that if you choose to opt-out of marketing-related emails, you may continue to receive service-related and other non-marketing emails.
- Do Not Track: Some Internet browsers may be configured to send “Do Not Track” signals to the online services that you visit. We currently do not respond to “Do Not Track” or similar signals. To find out more about “Do Not Track,” please visit http://www.allaboutdnt.com.
- Linked third-party platforms: If you choose to connect to the Service through a third-party platform, you may be able to use your settings in your account with that platform to limit the information we receive from it. If you revoke our ability to access information from a third-party platform, that choice will not apply to information that we have already received from that third party.
- Declining to provide information: We need to collect personal information to provide the Service. If you do not provide the information we identify as required or mandatory, we may not be able to provide it.

We have implemented and will maintain reasonably designed technical, administrative, and physical measures to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction, taking into due account the risks involved in the processing and the nature of the personal data. Given the nature of information and communication technologies, while Enveedo implements measures to protect the information in our care, we cannot fully guarantee that it will be completely safeguarded from unauthorized access during transmission over the Internet or while stored on our systems.
11. International data transfer
We are headquartered in the United States and may use service providers that operate in other countries. Your personal information may be transferred outside of the United States. In such cases, Enveedo will assess the security and privacy measures of the recipient to ensure they maintain the same level of protection and respect for individual privacy as Enveedo.

The Service is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian of a child from whom you believe we have collected personal information in a manner prohibited by law, please contact us. If we learn that we have collected personal information through the Service from a child without the consent of the child’s parent or guardian as required by law, we will comply with applicable legal requirements to delete the information.
